Why I voted against the EU Withdrawal Bill

Why I voted against the EU Withdrawal Bill

On Monday 11 September, Members of Parliament voted on the Second Reading of the EU Withdrawal Bill. Steve McCabe MP sets out why he voted against the Bill.

Steve McCabe, MP for Birmingham Selly Oak, will launch his local campaign – Healthy Smiles for Birmingham – today (27th April), alongside Labour’s Shadow Health Secretary Jon Ashworth, to end the scandal of escalating child hospital tooth extractions in Birmingham.

Local MP, Steve McCabe paid a visit to Acorns Children’s Hospice ahead of his big charity sky dive at the end on the month.

On April 29 Steve will be jumping out of a plane from 15,000 ft to raise as much money as possible for Acorns and Macmillan Cancer Support. Steve has already raised over £1900 but with under a week to go is hoping to watch that figure grow as more people donate.

MP Steve McCabe has been along to Stirchely based printing business Printigo to collect a specially made t-shirt that he will be sporting for his charity Sky Dive.

Later this month Steve will be taking part in a daring 15000 ft. skydive to raise money for two charities supporting those with life limiting conditions and cancer. He is hoping to raise as much money as possible for Acorns Children's Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support. He has already raised over £1000 but hopes many more people will contribute before the big day.
